Internal Users
Overview
Internal users are staff members of the AANP who use the system to perform their job functions. They are categorized into different personas based on their roles and how they interact with the system.
Summary of Internal User Personas

Support Staff
- Description: Includes Operations Staff, Legal Affairs Staff, Human Resources Staff, Executive Staff, and State Government Affairs Staff. These departments are light users of the current system but may need enhanced features moving forward.

Member Administration Staff
- Description: Includes Communications and Marketing Staff, Membership Staff, Professional Practice Staff, Conference Staff, Data Staff (part of the Research team), Federal Gov Affairs, Association Governance and Finance Staff. These departments are heavy users of the system, focusing on member engagement, transactions, external communications, and professional practice.

Accreditation and Education Staff
- Description: Includes Education Staff, Accreditation Staff, and Research Staff (excluding Data Staff). These departments are moderate users of the system, focusing on managing educational programs, accreditation processes, and conducting research.

Salesforce Administrator
- Description: Includes the Information Technology Team responsible for managing the functionality and configuration of the Salesforce system, ensuring its effective operation, and providing support for system users.

Temporary Staff
- Description: Individuals hired on a per project basis that do not needf ull access rights
